Sharon Weaver is a Microsoft Certified Trainer, Process Improvement, and Productivity Expert. Sharon's background in Business Analysis, Project Management, and Agile combined with her Developmental Psychology degree and Six Sigma Black Belt blend perfectly with her love of helping and training people to make her a well-rounded consultant and coach.
Solving both process and technical problems, Sharon has the unique ability to listen and uncover her client's pain points and develop a plan to not only build the needed solutions, but to drive change, adoption, and education in a way not typically seen from technical consultants.
Sharon speaks professionally at local, national, and global events and teaches subjects such as Office 365, Business Analysis, Six Sigma, Leadership, and other continuing education courses publicly as an adjunct instructor and privately for corporations.
When she's not working, Sharon is likely reading self-improvement books or on a cruise out of the country with no access to communication.
Angela is a talent engagement lead and consultant at Smarter Consulting. Her professional experience includes planning and executing strategic growth plans; hiring, training, and retaining top talent; and driving a culture of continuous improvement and innovation at multi-million-dollar organizations. After a successful career in retail management, Angela transitioned into providing technology solutions to a wide range of clients.
Angela believes that a foundation of trust is key to building strong, lasting relationships with clients and peers. These connections provided Angela with a keen understanding of customers’ needs and influenced her approach to addressing those needs.
Angela’s academic background includes a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Park University.
A Kansas City native, Angela loves to travel with her husband and entertain all her fur babies—two cats named Harlow and Jinx, and two dogs named Sister and Sassy.

Colleen Schremmer is a PMO Director who works with project sponsors and project managers to align projects to strategic initiatives and provides insight for successful execution. She believes that successful projects strengthen not just our clients but also our business, our processes, and our people. As a result, clients trust us to because we understand their needs and work tirelessly to address them.
Colleen focuses on bringing our visions to life through the design and execution of strategic initiatives. Taking a systems approach, she develops programs that remediate escalations, align inter-department support for projects, identify potential assignments and opportunities for team members, and coach project managers as part of their career development.
She holds a Six Sigma Green Belt, Lean Yellow Belt, and change management training and certifications. Colleen received her master’s degree in communications from the University of Kansas and a bachelor’s degree in English from Kansas State University, and has an active Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification. In addition she has a Diversity and Inclusion certificate from Catalyst.
In her spare time, Colleens enjoys crocheting.
Lindsay is a junior consultant and office manager who is committed to keeping our business productive by embracing technology as a tool to problem-solve. Having worked in education for most of her career, she understands that technology can be a challenge for many users, and she knows how to be a change agent, encouraging the reluctant to give it a try and the inexperienced to dive on in.
Lindsay spent the last decade teaching English Language Arts and was selected to receive training to become a technology and pre-engineering teacher based on her aptitude for learning and adapting new technologies with her own students and colleagues.
She holds a BS in Secondary English Education from the University of Kansas and an MS in Curriculum and Instruction from Emporia State University. In addition, Lindsay is certified in Microsoft 365 Fundamentals and as Level 1 Google Educator.
In her spare time, Lindsay enjoys spending time with her large cats, Buffy and Archie, and marathoning a wide variety of television shows.
Rachel is a results-driven consultant who collaborates with teammates and clients to deliver process improvements and digital transformation to their organization. She is focused on providing the best service because she understands that happy clients become Smarter Consulting’s most fervent advocates.
Rachel has experience in management and technical consultation, team building and collaboration, professional development, and strategic planning and implementation. She has managed many successful projects at Bank of the West, Black & Veatch, and Honeywell FM&T.
Rachel is a certified web designer, Six Sigma Green Belt, and Lean Champion. She also holds a bachelor’s in business administration from Baker University.
In her free time, Rachel enjoys spending time with her husband and children, Chloe, Colton, and Maddy. She adores taking her kids to the zoo and other fun local attractions.
